MemoryCoin / Re: [ANN] MMC Online Wallet & Android APP
« on: December 31, 2013, 05:55:48 pm »
Now Android App available on the Google Market :

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mmcwallet
Why do you need so many authorizations for the android app when it is web based? Write/Delete data to USB storage, record sound, gps, read telephone id, .. ?

Rank    Miner                                                            HPM
1    MNz6mLUsL3SKjJ5kp76p2yHxYnRC3yfcqZ    2624.30

Comparing to this thread https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=1800.0 this is the power of about 105-130   R9 280X graphic cards
At the moment it is
Rank    Miner    HPM
1    MNz6mLUsL3SKjJ5kp76p2yHxYnRC3yfcqZ    4255.25
About the power of 170-210     R9 280X

@Killerbyte and all other programmer of pool software: Maybe you can implement in your code that 1% fee go to your own wallet or something similar  8)
At the moment I see still one problem.  http://mmcpool.com/ detects about 95% of all blocks with 3.5% fee!!! and I don't know why so few people are changing to other pools .. They are working very good (for example http://mmc.xpool.xram.co with only 2% fee and http://extasie.net/ with only 1.5% fee)

21
To lure some more miners over .. there is now a 20MMC bonus for the block finder!
is that 20MMC taken from the other pool miners or from your fee?
How should this work from fees? At the moment the block reward is 252.7 MMC.  1.5% fee are 3.7905 MMC for pool owner for each new block found by the pool.
3.7905 < 20 ... so I don't think it can be sold from fee

4. http://www.chainbrowser.com/memorycoin/
6. http://agran.net/memorycoin2_calc.html
7. At the moment only http://bter.com/trade/mmc_btc

« on: December 28, 2013, 09:48:42 am »
how about the mmc-pool.com ?
It works very good for me.  0.51% only rejected for my workers. 4.67% complete pool rejection rate. I have 5 workers running.  4x~10h/m and 1x~3h/m
but it hasn't blocks now!
Because it is a new pool and need more hash power. Just switch. The best thing is no fees but you can setup donations. I have a setup done of 0.5% donation :) For this pool here in this thread which actually don't pay since 6 hours you have to pay 3.6 %  :o
But at the moment mmc-pool.com is down for maintenance https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=1703.15

we all didn't get the MMC from MMCPOOL.COM   why?
Good question. Since 4 hours no more payouts. I have changed to http://mmc-pool.com

For ubuntu I had to do following:
sudo apt-get install libjansson-dev
wget http://www.mmc-pool.com/miners/mmc-miner-linux_x64.zip
unzip mmc-miner-linux_x64.zip
./mmc-miner --url http://pit.mmc-pool.com:8337 --user Weblogin.Worker --pass Worker password --threads numberofthreads

It's working fine and I think if you have to register on a website you have no botnet on the pool :D
And you have long-polling  8)

so waited a few blocks more and seems that my 200 hpm is getting 60 hmp on the pool and making almost 1 MMC from 20 servers (32 cores/server)

Going to give it around 10-15 minutes more, if it stays the same going back to xpool.

Update:

HPM on the site is going down, lol sorry but I lost trust in this pool. if the stats are correct then the 1200 HPM miner must have a 1000 servers running.

Back to xpool.
I trust this, I just imagine its a botnet. If it is a botnet that is approx 6000 bots which is quite easy to get...
I also think it's from a botnet. If you compare the graph from http://agran.net/memorycoin2_calc.html about the difficulty it was raising maybe of one ore more botnets.
