i love bts but hate to update wallets

i week ago i sent bts from bter to my wallet
today i synced the wallet and recived the 50 bts
but i get an error line

serius network problem less then 60% of delgates

what does that mean
and do i have to  act?

do i need to update ?

just as a feedback
i have the same issue
i am not every day checking my wallets
so it takes up to one day to sync 18 days
and i have to restart it or it wont finish syncing
but i guess the devs will make it faster with time
its still sort of alfa what we use here

but then do you remember gox blamed bitcoin blockchain for there loss ?
why did bter not frace it like this:
we do have problems with our bts wallet version
but they say withdraw stoped becouse of wallet instabiliy
might be bad english use but .......

I think I was the first one on earlier when it relaunched. I went to BTS withdrawal and it was enabled. Tried to withdraw 1000 bts test amount, it said it was successful but I never received it. Then a few minutes later it was disabled and still is now.

but they told me its a bts wallet issue
and they are in contact with bts dev
i wonder if thats true
my wallet has no issue
sure it takes a while till sync is finished but it works

hi today i tryed to withdraw my bts from bter
first it was pending then i got the message bts withdraw is disabled , see the email i got from bter suport:
 Dear Sir,
The new BTS wallet is not stable.

We have contacted the BTS dev team for a solution

BTS withdrawal will be enabled later when the wallet is proven to be sable enough.
The pending 50 BTS is still in pending status.
It will be sent to you when we enable the BTS.
