MemoryCoin / Re: MMC Pools Tool
« on: January 03, 2014, 07:18:26 pm »
I'm using my own windows application to add statistics and analysis to pools data, it works with 1gh pool as well as MMCpool.
It is in beta but if someone interessed I can upload the binary.

Please add your request, I can add features if it is necessary.

Only Win?

It's a developer choice. And you free to choice to use it or not.

I'm sorry but I really disapprove this thread.

FaSan

reorder is the author afaik, so it's kind of approved by him.

and isn't the whole crypto movement about freedom? being able to re software is very important for decentralization.

following your argument, there still would be no ntfs-support in linux...and that's just one example

we're not only fighting the established currencies, but the whole narrow-minded profit-oriented system!

Very simple choice. Leave the 1gh pool empty, and tell that we come back IF reorder will publish the code open. This can be a right way.

yeap, http://mmcpool.com/ forever!  :P

exactly. 1 big pool destroys the decentralization idea.
I've been saying this since MMCPool.com, we cannot have one pool that has a huge advantage over the others
Use http://mmcpool.com/ it is bestest pool ever 8)

The freeware 7zip can extract the resources within MMC-miner.

Either of these libraries can probably reverse-compile the .pyo sources: https://github.com/wibiti/uncompyle2 https://github.com/zrax/pycdc
why do you need this?  :)

Guys, is the situation still the same for you or has your hpm recovered?
Yeap, hpm is up

I'm waiting since 5 days to receive my coins and nothing yet. Is there any issue with the payments?
I don`t have any problem with payment on this pool.
Yeap!

Intel Core i7-3615QM 2.3Ghz, Win 7 64bit,  = 2,2hpm
Gigabite GV-R928XOC-3GD R9 280X = 22hpm, 1100/1500

10 x Core i7-3615QM (mobile) = 1 x ATI R9 280X  :D

Is this a gpu botnet on mmc.1gh.com?
Rank    Miner                                                            HPM
1    MNz6mLUsL3SKjJ5kp76p2yHxYnRC3yfcqZ    2624.30

Comparing to this thread https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=1800.0 this is the power of about 105-130   R9 280X graphic cards
I think this is big GPU farm (rigs)
big, but not biggest ))
I know one who has a lot of rigs with more then 600 graphic cards. Near regional power station (more then 150kW)   :D
100 x R9 280X, 100 x 300W = 30kW imho...

I calculated that GPU mining can beat up CPU botnets!
Exam: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=1800.0
But not GPU botnets ))
Imposible.
GPU source not available for compilation in malware!

MemoryCoin / Re: MMC GPU mining is super profitable!
« on: December 30, 2013, 09:58:02 pm »
Sooner or later altcoin GPU miners will point their rigs towards MMC I think, which in turn will increase difficulty and reduce profitability.

The problem is that when this happens CPU mining won't be profitable unless you have a botnet ... unclear future for this coin miners ...
For example: ptspool.com = 60% net power, 80% pool power botnets, 1PTS = $20
Botnets is not a problem, imho
