Stalemate,

I don't care how much skill you have, I am not particularly stoked about your personality. And for someone running for a CMO I would say that is important.

If you want my vote, I would like to see you work under itsik and show that you can be a team player before taking over.

Good luck! As of now I am going to still vote for itsik.

To sum of my activities here:
I've been working for marketing activities since the beginning of 2014.
As a team player, I gave my support to CSO team by translating MemoryCoin.org into Turkish. As a professional translator, I was paid about 60% less compared to my original job but if seraphim didn't even pay me at all, I would gladly translate MemoryCoin.org. Besides, I informed seraphim (CSO) about the glitch that some of translators having due to the nature of different grammatical structures. seraphim fixed the issue and now, translators are able to submit their work with minimum error.
I have CoinPayments.net enabled for MemoryCoin yesterday which I think is very important for promoting MemoryCoin. As for me, the next step is to integrate Coaex - the first merchant accepting MemoryCoin - into it (~1 day of work) and then create a guide for shopping carts.
With Coaex, MemoryCoin has a unique opportunity here. If you cared to check some gold prices from online stores like APMEX, Amagi Metals and the ones which is registered on CoinPayments.net, you would see that none of them including big guy APMEX would beat Coaex's prices. I made it possible for everyone to purchase gold at a reasonable level!
You can see me most of time online on MemoryCoin IRC channel, can ask me anything. I don't complain working for 24/7! I don't say "I will do it in my FREE time" like itsik saying..
And additionally,
I guaranteed that all the salary spent in my term will be publicly visible and will not be spent without prior community approval. When it is questioned, I will never say what itsik78 said: "Believe me - I spent a lot of the salary for marketing purposes. I don't keep a ledger and note that many MMCs were spent from my personal address since I've added the CMO address to my personal wallet!"

We still have no clue about "A lot" in itsik's words cause he even didn't write for himself what is being spent in his term.

Are you going to troll me all day now? Jesus.
Find another way to get elected. I'm going to ignore your posts from now on. Good luck with your "I'm smart" campaign.

As for other Apple users - Since I'm the CMO and not the Chief of Mobile Apps - I chose to SPEND MY FREE TIME on Android as this is risk-free for the future. I'm (currently) not going to release any iOS app that can be gone in a month.
Thanks for understanding.
Stalemate, I know it's hard, but please grow up and hold yourself from pressing "Reply".

This is not trolling. I'm criticising you logically. Most mobile app developers are aware of all mobile platforms and develop accordingly but you told us that Apple doesn't approve Bitcoin apps and I'm refuting this argument by this proof. Fool someone else with your arguments, not me, okay? Or think twice before replying me. As for your information, any payment related Bitcoin apps (like Coinbase) are rejected by Apple. Since you are developing a price ticker, there should be no approval issue. However, you are free not to release Apple app. You are free not to reply me in any way. That shows us how you are responsible with your duty.

Sweet, wish your little one happy birthday! Party hard! :)
As for app suggestion, I must say it is always hard to integrate cryptocoins to mobile devices due to its nature. There are many price tickers written for Bitcoin in AppStore. 1 or 2 out of 100 is useful.
Well, if you are planning to write a price ticker for MemoryCoin, it should have a "price alert feature".

e.g. Alert for MMC/BTC if its value is at 0.00025
Well, this looks simple.

But how about that?
Alert for MMC/BTC if its value drops (or rises) at a pre-determined percent (e.g. 2.37% drop from 0.00025 to 0.00024075).
Considering the latency in Bter API, this might not work efficiently in the short term but I believe they will improve this year.

Ah, btw I'm an Apple user. Don't forget us.
Thanks. The alerts feature is already planned to be added as this is something I like as well.
As for Apple - Afraid Apple forgot you :) They don't approve almost any app related to Bitcoin and co.

Are you sure you are really in mobile business?

Yeah, thanks itsik78. I hope this will guide you in promoting MemoryCoin. As you may notice, I'm not begging or flooding exchanges for MemoryCoin to be listed. I'm just offering my services ;)
Simple and effortless.
Note to self: Don't reply to Stalemate's posts.
Thanks for guiding me.
oh, I was just teasing you. c'mon! we're in a competition. let's do our best for mmc.
;)

By the way, while you were spamming exchanges, I got MemoryCoin listed on CoinPayments.net
Read thread here: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2565.0 lmfao
Nice job.
Now please change your attitude as it's getting tiresome.
I'd be happy to tip you for that, PM me your address and I'll send you 200 MMCs once we're live on CoinPayments.net.

As for your question in the other thread - Yes I will. Will you do the same if you have no interest in getting an officer role?

1) We are already live on CoinPayments.net
2) I don't need to be tipped from my campaign rival. Besides, I declared before (check my earlier forum threads) that I'll provide automated payment gateway to the community FREE.
3) I may or may not change this attitude but all I know is I don't like being told about changing my attitude towards someone cause I'm a true sagi! :)

4) You must be blind. I created Coaex and get CoinPayments support while I was not paid.

Thanks for the replies, I'm taking your critics positively. As for my teasing, I like being like that, being aggressive. You may remember our discussion with isaac before. Some young kids calling this as "trolling", actually it is not;)
You know what, consider yourself as a politician. You should answer any questions directed to you from public whether it is ridicilous, rude, ugly, funny or positive.
But I'll undermine you or anyone whom I think is a deadwood ;) You are free to share your thoughts about my candidacy, can start a campaign about how ugly I am but this will also show us how you are afraid of a competition. Keep up the... eer.. good ? work!? ;)

I'll prepare a guide about Wordpress, WooCommerce, CoinPayments and MemoryCoin integration once I finished the translation work of CP.
Anyone can setup a merchant and list their products/services on CoinPayments, too.

edit : For those who would like to tip me for this work, I kindly refuse because I announced before that it'll be free. However, you (including itsik78) can vote for me as your new CMO :)

MemoryCoin / Exciting News - CoinPayments.net now supports MemoryCoin!
« on: January 25, 2014, 05:25:52 am »
Yesterday I have applied CoinPayments.net for MemoryCoin to be listed on their supported coins in exchange for my translation skills. I have got an email from CoinPayments.net today!
MemoryCoin has now an automated payment gateway!

Quote
Hello,

That sounds good, we're adding MemoryCoin right now and it should be
online later today.

The language file is located at
https://www.coinpayments.net/downloads/coinpayments.txt

Thanks,

Thank you Stalemate.
If someone that isn't trying to undermine me and get elected to do my role would ask these questions, I'd gladly answer.
A little hint (and that's the end of our discussion where I'm concerned) - read this thread thoroughly - you'll see most of your questions answered.
Like I said - "Note to self - Don't reply to Stalemate" as it appears to be a stalechat.
Good luck in your campaign... I guess saying "You did nothing" and "I'm guiding you" is a good strategy for getting elected.

As I said before, you should write what you accomplished in the first post cause what you have promised and what you have done is not matching. Besides, most community members don't have time to browse around various posts. And not answering me is a good choice, too. That will increase suspects and will make you questioned much more. Fine for me. Moreover, I'm not asking most of my questions answered, I'm asking all of my questions answered. Yes, "you did nothing" since you didn't write it in the appropriate place.

One more thing : All of succesful mobile app developers keep growing their own business. From this perspective, you are either unsuccesful in mobile app development or lying about your background.

What will I do differently?
There is no question that the biggest failure of this coin is its marketing.
While Belltown's work on memorycoin.info is great, I really see this as the first very small step towards marketing the coin.
I will use the salary for this role to:
1. Recruit a team with marketing background
2. Create bounties for reputable bloggers, graphic designers and other media related personnel to help level-up the coin.
3. When the time comes, use the grant for actual advertising withing the crypto-currency community (we're not there yet, but might be there in 2-3 months).
4. Use my mobile industry experience to create some useful MMC2 apps that will distinguish us from the other crypto-currencies.
5. Create giveaways and faucets and publish them on forums so that more users download the wallet and join the community.
6. I will not, under any circumstance take the whole salary for myself claiming I worked hard for it. This salary should be divided between several members / outsourced for marketing purposes and earned through hard work and that's exactly what I intend to do.

Could you please write down in the first post what you did exactly for this position? I've deeply studied your efforts and questioning your abilities and work done in the last 2 weeks.
Let's see...

1. Recruit a team with marketing background.
You have been elected for 2 weeks now. I don't see any real marketing team announcement. Who are they?

2. Create bounties for reputable bloggers, graphic designers and other media related personnel to help level-up the coin.
You created a bounty thread in bitcointalk forum for miners, not reputable bloggers, graphic designers and other media related personel and gave each miner MMC worth below 1 USD (5 MMC). There are some other bounties but the biggest one was 20 MMC, i guess for mining pool test. Compared to 8886 MMC which you have gathered from the start of your CMO term, that is a bit poor and you gave bounties to wrong people.

3. When the time comes, use the grant for actual advertising withing the crypto-currency community (we're not there yet, but might be there in 2-3 months).
That was firstly mentioned in my CMO thread and I don't know what you mean by withing. Besides, 2-3 months is too long in cryptocoin markets.

4. Use my mobile industry experience to create some useful MMC2 apps that will distinguish us from the other crypto-currencies.
Could you give us some examples of mobile apps you created before? Because we don't see any MemoryCoin mobile app yet. The community needs transparency.

5. Create giveaways and faucets and publish them on forums so that more users download the wallet and join the community.
Another giveaway? Why? A faucet is already done but not by you. This is definately very poorly written campaign promise and I still can't believe how you are elected with that.

6. I will not, under any circumstance take the whole salary for myself claiming I worked hard for it. This salary should be divided between several members / outsourced for marketing purposes and earned through hard work and that's exactly what I intend to do.
Better be like you said but I see you gathered 8666 MMC but there is only 2171 MMC left in your voting wallet. If these 6000 MMC is spent, could you please give more details where it is?

Let me summarize what you have done for this community in 2 weeks : Nothing..
Because you should write down your activities in the first post, not hide in some middle posts so people can clearly see what you have been doing.
I may be harsh on my critics but this will help you work harder, otherwise you'll lose the position against someone else (probably me).

Today, I have applied CoinPayments for MemoryCoin to be listed on their website in exchange for translating their website into Turkish.
If they accept my offer, we will barter services and MemoryCoin will have an automated payment gateway. If they don't, we can vote in their next poll for our coin to be listed.
Just to inform everyone, I'm still a candidate for CMO position :)

Note: I checked CoinPayments gold stores to compare prices with Coaex and our prices are definately the best!

For 1 gram of gold
igotspots - 69,40 USD
bitezze - 69,50 USD
scriptcoinstore - 54,99 USD (plus ~ 5.50 USD shipping)
BitcoinMetals - 65 USD

Coaex - 55,49 USD including Free Worlwide Shipping!

MemoryCoin / Re: IMPORTANT! Help support MMC on Cryptsy
« on: January 22, 2014, 07:00:13 am »
I think the only upside to crypsy is that having more than one exchange contribute much better to a rally.

During rallies there is alot of arbitrage occurring causing prices to skyrocket.

I don't think making a lot of arbitrage cause prices to skyrocket. It can even hurt the price and reduce the effect of rallies in the long term.
Check FTC on btc-e. Would you like MMC to be listed on btc-e? Personally, I wouldn't.
