Bitshares移动应用工作进度报告 6.0版本（2020年6月9日）

更新日志
  1、新增 - 完整的隐私转账功能（转入隐私账户、转出隐私账户、隐私账户互转、隐私账号管理、隐私收据管理、扫描导入收据、隐私交易入口等）。教程说明。
  2、优化 - 同时支持横板和竖版交易界面，设置界面可配置。
  3、优化 - 改进抵押排行榜和喂价详情，整合为新的智能币界面，支持所有智能币信息查看。
  4、新增 - 智能币界面添加【将被清算】标记。
  5、新增 - 添加提取资产市场手续费功能。
  6、新增 - 交易对管理，支持任意币币交易。
  7、文档 - 添加APP功能介绍文档。
  8、修复 - 自定义API节点失效可能卡顿的问题。

  11、修复 - K线界面和交易界面深度信息在网络断开重连后盘口数据可能混乱的问题。

为什么本次工作 1.5 个月，转账 41521 USD  （114万BTS），
而上次工作 2.7 个月，转账 26373 USD （180万BTS）？

采集价格的日期是怎么确定的？如果总是在跌价的时候采集，感觉不妥。

每月预算 20 万人民币，是否匹配完成的工作量？

1.工人工资的计算的方式是，每日工资*工作天数=预算工人工资。（直至worker结束“预算工人工资”，多退少不补）
   不过目前市场价格早已低直无法足以全额预算工人工资。
2.采集的时间一般是在工作完成，并发布新版本的一天之内。
3.采集的时间一般至少提前12个小时公布在论坛，第二天中午的12点在coinmarketcap.com进行采集。
   关于价格我们无法预测，且涨跌自负。
4.采集价格*工人账号转账数量=实际发放工资
   上一期（10.10-12.31）实际发放工资$26373,不到预算工人工资的50%。
   这一期（1.1-2.15）按照2.16号当天采集价格结算大概有90%，此提案仍未批准转账，目前实际价值$36000左右，大概是预算工人工资的80%不到。

社区之前讨论worker应该根据供需关系，根据社区需要开发和安排工作。工人将工作内容和发布时间公布到论坛，并准时保质的完成工作并交付社区审核后方可发放工人工资。

目前的工作内容主要由btspp团队收集后提出大概工作内容范围，由社区用户讨论投票达成共识后开始工作。

工资按照计划工人工资计算，但从6月现在btspp团队从未有一期足额拿到过预算工人工资（大概只有60%）

上个月计划里提到的优化 OTC 工作，好像这个月没有列出。
花了两个月时间开发的功能，社区报了很大希望，希望是实际有用的。否则钱百花了。

帖子里没写清楚付款多少钱，换算价格是多少。

也还没有下一步的工作计划。

OTC主要修复了少许bug。目前使用用户量不多，反馈的也不是太多。
更新了采集和付款明细。
