« on: March 10, 2016, 09:12:59 pm »I'm pretty sure Ihavehad one of the most active accounts in /r/BitShares, answering new users questions, marketing most all of the projects, blog post and happenings within the BitShares Community and I've been informed my account is now 'shadowbanned'. Which I had no clue was a thing until today. Is linking to BitShares websites, promoting Dan's blog post, fuzzy's Hangouts and relevant forum post forbidden?? I'm not a 'redditor' so I don't really understand what has transpired and am looking for some help before abandoning support and marketing of BitShares on reddit and focus my attention on non-censored avenues.

« on: March 10, 2016, 06:29:23 pm »want to pay out of pocket to have an API written along with a wrapper/dll...or websocket layer that enables others to write their own code to interface with the bot in a way that enables them to easily create their own automated token distribution schemes.I never ask for compensation among friends ..
It will take me some time to save but I am feeling it is very important and as a large stakeholder I am willing to pay to have this accomplished.
If you can give me some specifications, I can probably get it going (on python3 basis) ..
If you need a public API like bitpay or so .. then I am not the right guys unfortunatelly.
and i never let friends work for free if at all possible. I might not be a millionaire but I work hard enough that I have a little spending allowance to use for changing the world.
When we change this world in a way that makes my baby's life safer and more empowered...it was all worth it.
If I can show my wife I made some money for it...evvvvven better
Let's talk behind the scenes. Testz and Hybridd said the "REST" api would probably be best. That is the only agreement I have received thus far.

What is keeping poloniex from moving on BitShares ?
How far are we from being able to attract exchange with that kind of "target on the back" in our more secured environment ?
What's keeping them from joining is they havent been hacked lately.
I fail to understand this 'hack' thing. Aren't bts bridges/gateways subject to the same risks of having their btc/altcoin hot wallets being hacked?
yes. and so carry the same risks. but it is possible to be much safer if you want, which is an option noone has with polo. Only reason i can see them changing to our blockchain be for hype surrounding graphene tech when bitshares explodes to infinity, and Beyond!

Maybe @JonnyBitcoin would like to go over how to use it at this Sunday's hangout? I would gladly help behind the scenes with some of the technical stuff (maybe send out invites for you and monitor a few outside chat channels and send you some of the questions). I'll also gladly offer to distribute 10 COPPERTICKETs to everyone who signs the guest list.
