Should some of developers provide keys in order to receive encrypted high-severity issues?

BitShares PTS / Coinplorer incorrect PTS ballance

I just noticed a (significant) difference in the balance reported by my synchronized BitShares-PTS wallet and https://coinplorer.com/.
The difference is ~50% so anyone should be careful.
I believe the issue is with the coinplorer.com and the Bitshares-PTS client is OK.
I've reported the bug to coinplorer and I'll post when I know more.

General Discussion / All my delegates suddenly started missing blocks

All my delegates suddenly started missing blocks.
I've check the forks and it seems like my delegates produce block in time, however other delegates' blocks are included into the chain.
I had 30+ connections and everything looked normal though all delegates were missing blocks.
Everything went back to normal after I restarted.
I'll investigate further what might be the issue...

1. I've noticed significant amount of forks lately. Any particular reason ?
2. I've noticed that one of the delegates misses blocks (3 so far) while the client is online.
Here is the last missed block:

There are few more delegates working properly on the same client that are not missing blocks at all. Chances for this to happen randomly are 1/216. Is that particular delegate just unlucky or there might be something else?

General Discussion / Delegate temporary absence

I think a way for delegate to perform maintenance is needed. This should keep delegate's votes and position but transfer the delegate's slot to another delegate.
For example:
Delegate signs a transaction that marks him inactive for certain period. Nothing changes except his place is taken by 102nd delegate for the time of the maintenance.
This allows delegates to plan maintenance windows without disrupting the network and getting negative statistics. (And without setting up a backup delegate)
EDIT: It could be used if any issue arises that prevents delegate from performing optimally. For example lawsuit, vacation, security issue etc...
For example:
