There are lots of assets in the market now , and the big part of them were registrated just by rush, we can see there would be more if we let it go.

This is no good for the whole thing.

I propose  setting up one mechanism to manage the registration process of New Assets.

How about this way :

1. all of the new assets can be registered as an Tentative Assets , and then ,the assets enter into their review period,maybe several months.

2. when the review period comes to an end , the assets need to be checked and voted by the whole community.

3. if the assets surpass the criticality votes ,the system upgrades them as Formal Assets. if not ,then hang-up the assets or undercarriages the assets directly.

Thoughts?

个人感觉还是在原来的位置好，理由：

1、 BTS要逐步地实现国际化和全网化，来自各个区域的社区是平等的，即便国人玩家占比比较多，但是也没必要单列在前面的位置。更何况，在周围都是英文版块的情况下，单独出现一个中文版块比较奇怪。

2、 在碰到有争论的时候，中文社区情绪化的内容比较多，理性的讨论偏少，如果放在上面显要的位置，不是很合适。

3、对某些新人来说，如果BTS给他们的第一印象是以国人为主导，那么可能不是加分项。

1 、BTS is going global , all the community around the world are equal . Even if the Chinese users are a large portion of the demographic , it's not necessary to be single out on the front line . Further more , it would be strange for a Chinese board to be placed around several  English sub-boards .

2、Whenever there was an argument , the emotional stuff is more common in the Chinese community , instead of reasonable ones . It would not be appropriate to place this board in a high-lighted place .

3、For some newbies , if they're under the impression that the Chinese might be the major power of BTS , it would not be a extra point for BTS .
