BTS需要借鉴中心化公司化的管理模式，现在的一种完全去中心化散漫的管理模式注定不会让BTS走的更好更远。通过worker制度就可以看出来，每年几千万的开支几乎作用寥寥，对BTS的价格更是没有一点促进的作用，反而因为巨大的开支严重压榨了BTS的市场价格，完全是对人力物力的巨大浪费，这在中心化的公司中是匪夷所思的，所以worker制度改革迫在眉睫！

赏金制的核心原则是：基于需求申请worker，基于效果考核worker。不需要对工作量、工作时间等做过多考核。这一点非常好！只是具体实施细节还有待考究

现在的worker机制可以说是毫无约束力，只要投票通过就可以肆意妄为，事情做的如何也缺乏有效的监管，总之worker制度需要改革，赏金制现阶段还是不错的

现在BTS价格如此脆弱，根本经不起砸盘，而费用巨大的worker竟然又被人投上来了，这种做的非常烂还几乎没人用的ui究竟会是什么人投上来的呢，那些投的人敢说没有收好处费吗？！

There is discussion going on because people want to understand it better. It was inaccurate in some respects, and it presented no explanation as to why the proposed changes would solve the problems nor why certain constants are set the way they are.

Thank you for your comments. In short, repairing the feed price loophole is the most important thing now.

some major stock exchanges are to lower transaction fees following a recent slump on the markets to encourge trading and increase trading volume. increase bts fee now ? stupid proposal.
