I did 2 transfers today one to livecoin.net and one to my openledger account neither one has been credited to either one of my accounts I contacted both and to what surprise no response so the question is how come ppy doesn't give you a transaction number or anything I used memo with both it doesn't even show the memo in my recent transactions so how do I get my transaction number and how long does it take for openledger to respond being I trusted them the most and sent 10 times the amount there than livecoin

Maybe Im just confused and just want to see if Im correct being a LT member you get 80% of your paid transaction fees back after a certain time of vesting now Im not complaining because its money in the bank but what I was asking is if I where to collect the vesting fees its 200 bts trans fee which is pretty high if your transaction fee to collect your balance is higher than your balance

Im not a witness but one day would want to run for a witness I just think one million bts is crazy I think this will make it for the new ppl that want to run not afford to be a witness and BitShares will probably get a bad wrap like dash and the masternodes it just feels like everyone who's a witness now can secure their spot

If a "bad wrap" grows bitshares market cap 10x what it is now, I don't think anyone would have a problem with it.
Im sure no one would but it was meant to say its not going to the point is you need 1000 dash to run a masternode thats over 10,000 so new investors cant run a node without putting up a lot of money so all the guys who paid a 1000 to get a masternode back when dash was a dollar have secured their spot making it very hard for new ppl to get in so how do you expect new comers with good ideas looking to be a whitness but cant because u need 1 millon bts thats a good way to attract new ppl

There are only 23 witness's right now, with another 33 in stand by.  If you don't have $4,000 to lock up as collateral for a blockchain that you are securing, I don't want you as a witness.  You could be too easily swayed (financially) to hurt the system.  Especially if you have nothing to lose by damaging it.
Your right Bitcoin and every alt is turning right into the centralised banking system I rember I have a company I spend more than 4000 in gas just in one work truck for the year but some ppl dont have it like others so I guess those ppl are losers just like corporate America

I see that you pushed the rewards referral program back a few weeks until after the pre-launch is this the reason for not getting any memo

General Discussion / Re: [ANN - AMA] bitCash - Digital Money of the Future!
« on: February 18, 2016, 03:46:42 am »
Hey all.

Hope all is well.  Sorry for the lack of updates.  We have been a bit delayed with finishing the initial version of the simple mobile app, but we are making progress so we'll let you all know when we get a better estimate of when we will have it out for testing.

Anyways I wanted to get a BitCash Founder's Club vote on our faucet allocation.  We have a faucet set up at: https://bts.bitcash.org
Thanks  so much @puppies for helping make this happen!

Note: We don't plan to open the faucet up for new accounts yet, but feel free to import keys if you want to use the wallet.  It's the same as OL just with different colors.

It would be great to have a generous allocation for the referral program and wanted your vote and feedback.  The referral program currently gives 20% to the network and 30% to lifetime members.   We get to decide the remaining 50% between referrers (annual/lifetime members) and our faucet/registrar.   For example we can have 10% of referral revenue go to the faucet, then 40% will go to annual/lifetime members, an additional 30% would go to the lifetime member, and 20% would go to the network.

It would be great to have everyone one of us and our supporters well-rewarded for spreading the word!  Here are the allocation options to vote on:

A) 20% faucet / 30% annual/lifetime member / 30% lifetime / 20% network
B) 10% faucet / 40% annual/lifetime member / 30% lifetime / 20% network
C) 5% faucet / 45% annual/lifetime member / 30% lifetime / 20% network
D) 0% faucet / 50% annual/lifetime member / 30% lifetime / 20% network
E) Other, please explain

I don't mind having 0% for the faucet, but in general our faucet has to manage spam and there is a possibility that people might create lifetime member farms that create many membership accounts so it may be safer to allocate some referral revenue to the faucet to prevent abuse.  Right now it takes about 95 BTS to open new accounts, 4,000 BTS for an annual membership, 20,000 BTS for a lifetime membership. Allocating 5% for the faucet will give it 200 BTS if a referral upgrades to an annual membership, enough to cover two account creations.

We'll keep the vote open for two weeks?
Please vote and let me know what you guys think.... thanks!
I vote for B should we import our bitshares2.0 wallet just wondering

we need a little more hash on sha256 I don't think I'm doing anything by myself it sucks cause I sold my antminers s1's and my s2 cause the power to profit was worth it if I still had them they all would be at bunkermining

Feel free to recommend low diff sha256 coins to add to pool as its not producing any blocks with this low hashrate.
is there anyway to forward the hash to nicehash at least this way even if there's only a few ppl hashing on sha but altogether it's still a low hashrate there can still be a payment cause nicehash pays for every accepted share just I thought I'm not a programmer so I don't no if it's a lot of work but if it isn't than even the guys with USB sticks can collect a few bts than when our rate goes up it'll swith to regular coins

Unfortunately this was one of our feature parameters of the contract for the mining pool that will not be fulfilled by freebieserver.

Keep in mind though that we are ONLY TESTING right now. We have not gone into production. We are also only in an early version for the pool that will have many more things to come in the near future.

Once we go into production, we can start to publicly invite anyone to mine the pool and we should have our hash rates increase. I know that there are many with sha256 who are just waiting for us to be finished.

I also plan to buy some hashing power from these rig leasing places when we get started to help prop up the hash of the pool for a little while until we get word spreading.
sounds good I figured that being the pool not really be advertised so there's really not a lot of hash right now once it's ready I'm sure some more ppl with sha rigs will be on I'm just waiting till after the holidays are over than I have plans to retire my rig I have now and get a s7 that I'll run here thanks for the update I'm sure this pool will be a success
