Love the concept behind Godcreation's dandelion puff ball logo.
Something special here that really gets across that idea of freedom... carrying of essential data to far away place if you really want to read into it.
Also the 2 tone colour scheme separating key hotee works really well too.

Going with one theme always works best, i wouldnt mix the sword and the puff ball as the message gets lost.

Also its not necessary to explain the phonetically spelt 'Keyhotee' further. As Stan said the word can be a meaningless word like google thats just becomes identifiable with the brand.

Guys excuse my technical incompetence but i want to be sure I have things properly set up with protoshares.
So I have purchased some protoshares and transferred some for my invictus ID and some to the client on my mac.
I have then closed the client (as i'm not a miner) and saved the .dat file (backed up in numerous places).

Is this enough for me to ensure I receive BTS providing I don't transfer out of the client?
Lastly what are public and private keys?

Guys, I'm wondering if all of the above is all too high brow and technical.
The reason I say this is because in not technically minded at all and I don't really understand it. I appreciate that most of the community at large are IT experts, that's why I'm supporting Protoshares but the key thing here is identifying who our market is.
My thinking is that the majority of technically minded ppl already identify with PTS as a worthy investment, however it's the 30-something young professional or recent retiree; who has a bit of disposable income available, has read about bitcoin and who would love to get involved ,if he just so knew how, and could wrap his head around it; that we need to be targeting.
Are we preaching to the converted?

Anyway enough preaching, how can this be done..
I think let's go back to basics..
Use me as a guinea pig.. I still can't wrap my head around it completely. Lets start with an example.. back when you first had a hotmail account.. explaining email to your gran..

What is email? Email is a revolutionary new way of staying in touch by computer.. like sending a letter without the need for a stamp.

In terms of the layman vs tech explanations a nice idea would be to use both.. beside each explanation have a Tech logo (the Tony Starks vs Joe Bloggs approach the Tech vs the layman) This link could be clicked on for the more technical explanations on each section.. Keeping it separate isnt a bad thing.. even the technically minded people dont mind a marketing spiel so long as it explains it adequately before they can get down to the nitty-gritty.


A final point is the concept of bitshares... I think the 1:1 allocation is a good idea.. i'm just wondering why is it necessary.. if branding and word of mouth is already established for Protoshares would it not be better to keep the name Protoshares but allow Protoshares to envolve into what Bitshares represent?

Bytemaster's PTS 2.0 pitch came as a surprise, dropping the price of PTS.. transiently... One positive thing it did allow was room for reevaluation, prompting fast-paced discussion with big input from a great number of active community members.
The passionate, contrasting viewpoints from newbies and respected community members alike highlighted Protoshare's strong community input.
Furthermore despite Bytemaster's lesson in humility his clear willingness to concede to the opinion of the community showed Invictus' clear commitment to decentralisation and to the better interests of the PTS community at large.

Today's short term dip in the curve has in my opinion done more for the progress of Protoshares than months of discussion could. It brings to the floor the main issue: the clear need for capital investment to fund future DAC development and product marketing.

Watch this space over the next couple of days for solutions which will launch PTS into the stratesphere.. BTC looks ready for a christmas slump.. its time to invest in cryptequity.
Anyway...crowdfunding is quicker with cryptocurrency..isnt it..

Delighted to see progress being made and things being taken seriously in regard to design. That was what Invictus was really missing.
I really like the website, the one glaring exception being the logo.
The original logo was clean and iconic. The new logo is too complex puts Protoshares at risk of possible breach of copyright laws in regard to the similar gamecube logo.
The bottom line being that the new logo doesnt add anything positive and could infact bring negative intonations along with it.
Other than that overall look of the site is great, it seems to work well on iphone safari browser's too.

Please change back to the original logo, it wasnt broke..so no need to fix it.
