this is possible via a Gateway. The functionality is found under Withdraw.
https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/deposit-withdraw

You can e.g. withdraw OPEN.BTC to an external BTC address.

Hello,

Newbie here. Is it possible to send BTC that I hold in my bitshares account to another BTC account (outside of the bitshares)? I assume yes but not sure how. TIA!
