I am Harvey, a believer of POS/DPOS and active participant of Chinese DAC community.
I joined the mining of PTS from the first Day, and raised a small private equity of PTS later in order to invest and to support the DAC community in the late of 2013.

The latest news and thoughts I got about Bitshares (X/DNS/Vote/Music) have been sharing in my personal weibo (China twitter) account. The words are spread to about two thousands followers of my account. Most of they are the participants of crypto-currency in China. Meanwhile, I also share the idea of DAC with my friends, and had a interesting discussion with several biggest BTC-miners of China in August.   

Currently, I am also running delegates in BTSX/DNS: Lion, Dragon, and Nightswatch.
I have raised about 2% of vote to support my DNS delegates, it would be appreciated if I could also have your support.

There is a "delegate" child board in Chinese Subforum,  you may find some hints there. Below are some fresh DNS delegates of Chinese Community, who have good reputation in terms of contribution to the community, including donating, providing technical support, active members for promoting BTSX, etc..  Of course, my "slate" is only based on their previous performance. Not to mention  there are many new delegates who may also be qualified for DNS.

To be fair, maximum 2 delegates are listed for one team.

It is hard for me to judge who are distinct, noncolluding, productive entities when everything is in chinese.

Someone should make a curated list of delegates who want a 1% pay rate and a summary of what they are offering. I will pick 5-10 and vote them in.

Thanks for your concern! Most of us could be asleep right now, I think we need some more time to come up with the list you want.

Speaking of the team I'm in, our standby delegate in DNS is 'x1-sun'. The pay rate has already set to 1%.  The following is the list of works we have been doing:
1. Translation of BitShares forum, wiki, blog, website, whitepapers, articles, and status updates.
2. Guidelines, howtos for build and use of wallets.
3. Recently we started to attend beyond bitcoin mumble meeting and translate this meeting into chinese

P.S. currently we use 2 dedicated vps to run our delegate process.
