Shmitcoin created, need help issuing

A couple days ago, with help from the forum, I created the UIA Shmitcoin, symbol SHMITS.
I was able to issue 1 million shares to another of my accounts, brindleswan, but since then, I can not issue it to anyone else, and it doesn't show up in the dropdown menu for issuing assets, or under MY Assets. It does show up when I look for it with the console command, blockchain_get_asset SHMITS, and this is what is returned:

This is on a 6gig win8 machine running the .61 client.

Help me out and I'll issue you some shmits, and/or tip you using changetip with some of the shmitcoin denominations I've created over there.
