How can you see a transfer on cryptofresh that is not in openledger? Both show the state of bitshares .. whats your account name so we can take a look?

Missing Funds
Hi,
Looking for help. I sent bts to my bitshares account via Blocktrades. BTS was sent by Blocktrades to http://cryptofresh.com/tx/, but they do not show in my account.
How do I transfer bts from cryprofresh to my bithares.openledger acount?
