I have seriously been wanting to do some videos for BitShares too, in addition to more social media sites and cross-posting. I will submit a Worker Proposal, but I doubt it gets voted in since the "refund worker" seems to be hogging all the votes somehow. well, it never hurts to try, right? let me put the proposal up...

I've thought about it, but so much politics and toxic hate lately, I have refrained from submitting any worker proposals until at least this whale war appears to be ending. Those two sides of the world need to hug or something. In the meantime, I am doing my best to at least repost stuff from the bitshares.org news and other stuff I find in the telegram chats. Here:

We have no IBC and are leaking any kind of defi.
Shouldn't we first focus on these ones before we will hear there are not enough funds for it

比特股经过了近6年的更新迭代,目前迎来了产品层面最好的阶段,急需全方面的宣传推广,让市场重新认识比特股:

1、底层代码的稳定性得到了验证,且足以支撑大规模商用。
2、即将发布的4.0版本优化了多处商业逻辑,在同样的系统业务量下,预计系统收入会大幅提高,而一旦系统能够正向盈利,BTS的增值也就可以通过自我造血,而不是外部炒作资金的注入。
3、资金池即将销毁2.5亿BTS,也即未来可能流向市场的BTS减少了2.5亿,迎合了市场上普遍流行的产量减半预期。
4、BTS++手机钱包作为官方资助开发的钱包,功能日臻完善,体验不逊于中心化交易所,完全可以支撑起大规模用户使用。
5、Bartner, HTLC,投票,预测市场等等BTS自带的亮点功能,值得系统的向市场用户推广。

综上,我们认为比特股到了一个关键的时刻,现正式向社区建议这个worker提案,希望在尽量控制成本的前提下,招募一支专职的团队来把比特股这个优秀的产品推向市场,才能带来BTS的二次腾飞。
方案Plan
建立专职市场宣传团队,用于比特股全球市场推广活动,包括中文区和英文区。

Worker资金由理事会,CNVOTE,以及宣传团队2/3多签共同管理,其中cn-vote作为负责监督和记账的主要escrow,收取2%费用。

薪资结构分为三部分:
第一部分为职务底薪,每个月的总支出不超过3万RMB或者30万BTS。当BTS价格超过0.1RMB,每月支出等值于1.5万元人民币的BTS+15万个BTS,当BTS价格低于0.1RMB(含),每月发放30万BTS。此部分薪资与考核绩效无关。建议escrow只发放80%,其余20%用于额外支出,比如出差交通费用必要接待等的报销或者文宣物料。

第二部分为绩效底薪,与相关考核指标挂钩,每个月的总支出不超过2万RMB或者20万BTS。当BTS价格超过0.1RMB,每月支出等值于1万元人民币的BTS+10万个BTS,当BTS价格低于0.1RMB(含),每月发放20万BTS。此部分薪资按考核指标完成比例发放。此部分考核指标共计三项:一是媒体曝光,每月一次直播; 二是“城市节点”建设数量,每月一家;三是微信个人公众号或微博粉丝增长量,每月增加100名;四是用雨卦推荐码注册新增有效账户数(持有数>=1000BTS),每月60户。此指标前三个月免考核。五是宣传文章覆盖媒体家数,每月5-10家。以上指标各占20%权重,五项加总计算总绩效,满分100分。如果当月与其他社区达成合作协议并实现上币,则当月绩效加50分,但绩效总分最高为100分。

第三部分为超额奖励,与两个条件挂钩:一是用雨卦推荐码注册新增有效账户(持有数>=1000BTS)持有bts数量(新老账户互转无效)达到3000万枚以上; 二是币价半年内达到0.3元。同时满足以上两个条件,可获得条件一中所述持有BTS数量的5%的超额奖励。



团队建议由至少三人组成:
一名全职市场负责人,其应该把100%工作时间放到比特股事业中,是该worker的主要带头人,负责统筹协调整个worker, 以及参加演讲采访谈判等等市场活动,建议薪水占比70%。(候选人:雨卦,个人简介附后),每周工作时间不少于40小时。
一名(组)专家顾问,负责培训市场负责人以及向新粉丝解答关于比特股产品层面的问题,建议薪水占比15%,(候选人,cnvote核心群成员,一人或者多人专家团,原则上每届不超过3名),每周工作时间不少于10小时。
一名媒体专员,负责制作海报,视频等素材,沟通主流媒体和利用已有平台发布素材,建议薪水占比15%。(候选人:GBAC或者其他有媒体资源的组织),每周工作时间不少于10小时,部分工作可外包。
定位与职责Duty
比特股社区(中国)负责人的定位:对外代表比特股社区(中国),对内接受比特股社区(中国)的监督和审查
比特股社区(中国)负责人的职责:

1.代表比特股社区(中国)对外进行商务洽谈、商务合作、商务演讲与商务活动;
2.策划并推动“城市节点”计划开展,筛选合适人员运营“城市节点”,不定期举办线下/线上活动;
3.代表比特股社区(中国)与高校/企业/商会/团体沟通,推动比特股基础知识讲座”高校行”或企业行”;

考核与监督Supervision
考核标准可由社区共同讨论后决定,由整个社区负责监督,但主要由cnvote作为escrow发起讨论和决议。

1、市场负责人团队需要每月向社区通过月报的方式汇报,需要写明本月已完成任务,和下月待完成任务。
2、首届Worker任期不超过半年,但不短于3个月,3个月后,CNVOTE可以随时发起提议,更换市场负责人团队的所有角色。

However, marketing promotion and media campaign has still been relying on the spontaneous publicity of enthusiastic community members due to the characteristics of decentralization, which is not sustainable and has poor effect.

Well-developed projects in blockchain industry, without exception, have professional brand & PR team which making continuous efforts dealing with the media, communities, investment institutions, etc. . Only then can they get sustained attention and new users.

After nearly six years’ updating and iteration, BitSharess is now in the best stage at the product level.However,the outside world’s understanding of BitSharess is still three to four years ago. All-round publicity and promotion to reshape the brand and let the market update the value of BitSharess has become the most important and urgent thing for BitSharess community.
1. The stability of the underlying code has been verified, and the system is enough to support large-scale commercial usage.
2. The upcoming version 4.0 optimizes several business logics. Under the same system business volume, it is expected that the system revenue will increase significantly. Once the system is able to make positive profits, the value-added of BTS token can also be achieved through self-development, rather than the injection of external speculation funds.
3. The reserve pool is about to burn 250 million BTS, which means, the number of BTS that may flow to the market in the future has decreased by 250 million, meeting the expectation of halving countdown that is popular in the market.
4. BTS + + mobile wallet, as an officially funded wallet, is becoming more and more perfect in function and experience, which can fully support large-scale users.

To sum up, we think that BitSharess has come to a critical moment. Now we formally recommend this worker proposal to the community, hoping that we can recruit a full-time team to bring BitSharess, an excellent project, to the market on the premise of controlling the cost as much as possible, so as to bring BTS to take off again.

Plan

Build a full-time marketing team for the global marketing promotion activities of BitShares, including the Chinese and English regions.

Worker funds are jointly managed by the board of directors, cnvote and the marketing team with more than 2 / 3 signatures. Besides, cnvote, as the main escrow who is responsible for supervision and bookkeeping, charges 2% of the fee.

The salary structure is divided into three parts:
The first part is base salary. The total expenditure per month shall not exceed 30,000 RMB or 300,000 BTS. When the BTS price is above 0.1 RMB, the monthly expenditure is equivalent to 15,000 RMB BTS + 150,000 BTS. When the BTS price is below 0.1 RMB (inclusive), 300,000 BTS will be issued each month. This part of salary has nothing to do with appraisal performance. It is suggested that only 80% of the expenses should be paid by escrow, and the remaining 20% should be used for additional expenses, such as reimbursent for necessary reception, travel expenses, or publicity materials.

The second part is the performance base salary, which is linked to the relevant assessment indicators. The total expenditure per month is not more than 20,000 RMB or 200,000 BTS. When the BTS price is above 0.1 RMB, the monthly expenditure is equivalent to 10,000 RMB BTS + 100,000 BTS; when the BTS price is below 0.1 RMB (inclusive), 200,000 BTS will be issued each month. This part of salary will be paid according to the completion ratio of appraisal indicators, which have three items: first, media exposure, live broadcast:once a month; Second, the number of city nodes, one per month; Third, the followers growth of WeChat official account or weibo, the monthly increase number is 100; Forth, new valid accounts registered via Yugua’s recommendation code (holding >=1000BTS), 60 households per month. The first three months of this indicator are exempt from assessment. The above indicators each account for 25% of the weight, and the total performance is calculated based on the sum of the four items, with a full score of 100 points. If the cooperation agreement with other communities is reached and list BTS token in exchanges/ wallets in the current month, 50 points will be added to the performance of the current month, but the maximum total performance score is 100 points.

The third part is excess reward, which is linked with two conditions: first, new valid accounts registered via Yugua’s recommendation code (holding >=1000BTS), hold more than 10 million BTS ( transfer between new and old accounts is invalid); Second, BTS price reaches 0.3 RMB within half a year. If the above two conditions are met at the same time, an excess reward of 5% of the number of BTS held in condition 1 can be obtained.

The team suggests at least three people:
A full-time marketing leader, who should put 100% of his working time into the business of BitShares, is the main leader of the worker, responsible for coordinating the whole worker, participating in marketing activities such as speech, interview and negotiation, and the recommended salary accounts for 70%. (candidate: yugua), no less than 40 hours per week.
One (Group) expert consultant is responsible for training the marketing leader and answering questions about the product level of BitShares to new fans. It is suggested that the salary accounts for 15% (candidates, members of cnvote core group, one or more expert groups, in principle, no more than 3 in each session), and the working time per week is no less than 10 hours.
A media specialist is responsible for making posters, videos and other materials, communicating with mainstream media and using existing platforms to release materials. The recommended salary accounts for 15%. (candidate: GBAC or other organizations with media resources), working hours shall not be less than 10 hours per week, and part of the work can be outsourced.

Position and Duty
Positioning-setting of the head of the BitShares community (China): represent the BitShares community (China) externally, and accept the supervision and review of community internally

Responsibilities of the head of BitShares community (China):

1. Conduct business negotiation, cooperation, speech and activities on behalf of BitShares community (China);
2. Design and promote the implementation of "city node" plan, select appropriate personnel to operate "city node", and hold offline / online activities irregularly;
3. Communicate with universities / enterprises / chambers of Commerce / groups on behalf of BitShares community (China) to promote "University line" or "Enterprise line" of BitShares basic knowledge lectures;
4. Communicate and negotiate with other blockchain communities on behalf of BitShares community (China) to achieve mutual drainage and community integration;
5. Maintain regular communication with the external trading platform(Exchanges) on behalf of the BitShares community (China), promote the listing of BTS token on the trading platform(Exchanges), and hold marketing activities irregularly;
6. Communicate with external rich media channels on behalf of BitShares community (China), attract new potential users, establish wechat groups for knowledge lectures and transformation from to potential users to real users. Select excellent group leaders to manage and serve the corresponding wechat groups;
7. Design and launch practical application scenario solutions on behalf of BitShares community (China), promote to different people and customer groups, meeting their actual needs;
8. Other affairs arranged by BitShares community (China).

Assessment and supervision
The assessment standard can be determined by the community after discussion, and supervised by the whole community, but cnvote is mainly responsible for initiating discussion and resolution as escrow.

1. The market leader team needs to report to the community weekly, indicating the tasks completed this week and to be completed next week.
2. The first worker's term of office is no more than half a year, but no less than three months. After three months, cnvote can initiate proposals at any time to change all roles of the team of market leaders.
