DNS Withdraw Problem

HI, toast
I got an issue while withdrowing my DNS and need you help.
The case is that I try to get the DNS to an accout under KeyID Clent 0.2 today, and it shows the transaction success.
But a long time ago I can not get the withdraw DNS. Then I try to upgrade the client to 0.4 and recovery the wallet after finish syn the blockchain.
Then the problem occurs and shows that my withdraw is to an UNKNOWN client like "MyAccount -->  UNKNOWN".
Now I still not get the withdraw DNS, how I can solve this problem? Need other information on this transaction? Many thinks!!
