Excellent. Seems we're creating a UN of sorts for the SuperDAC. There are other communities: French, Korean, Russian, etc. It would be great to see these groups rolled into this proposal as well.

Also, is this related to a vote mechanism over and above the Delegate voting currently available? Or are we looking more at 1 community member = 1 vote?

Lastly this: "We would hope that mutual understanding in the community can win over the intuitive response to find someone to blame." We really need to embody this sentiment.

I read this just as a commitment to improved communication between the Chinese Community and I3.  If it's more than that then some elaboration would be needed I think.

We're aiming for the effective communication between Chinese community and every part of the Bitshares community (including but not limited to I3,developers,community members,and even you,sir.)
