0.4.23.1 version wallet backup import error

Failed to restore wallet backup. Your original wallet has been restored. Error: Assert Exception (10) v.size()<= sizeof(fc::ripemd160) + 4 :all addresses are less than 24 bytes
invalid address 'BTSXsQYmnwKxzV6gBbWv1Y2fXCqACXrS6FgU'

I first updated the client without cleaning the database.
One of my account can't list the balance . But the historical transfers of this account is correct.
So I cleaned up the database and sync again.
When I attempted to import my wallet backup got this error.

By the way my system is ubuntu
