不理解3I要退还捐赠的PTS(Why 3I return the donated PTS?)

PTS被玩残，总共41w也就10w美金，先放出去再说，后面交易上来了彻底扔掉pts让其自己发展.若便宜就吞个150W个pts再给其给活路来个其它DAC快照？不错的市场博弈，反正那个方式都开始大家都输了，再输下pts也值不了几个钱了，赢也没多少？   这次看pts交易，没超过10w，看来没降到团队的期望值啊还是卖的人不够啊，难道要100Wpts 1w?0.1W美金搞定？。

画蛇添足，多此一举，根本没必要退还，既然3I声明给PTS拍了遗照，让PTS自生自灭就行了。

英文版有会员想复活PTS，但提出如果改成DPOS的话，3i依然持有大比例的PTS，这样他没有动力去复活，因为如果复活后，3i还持有大量PTS的话，那么复活后的受托人席位肯定就全部被3i拿走。暂时不清楚是否跟这个事有关联，只是提供信息。

Some one from the English side want to resurrect PTS to DPOS , but afraid I3 holds too much .
I'm not sure this is for his benefit , just proving informtion .

合并已经完成，官方的大部分DAC也分配完毕，3I留着PTS确实无意义 ，至少这是一个姿态，一心一意做大BTS。

原帖说的很明白了，不是因为法律问题，纯粹是因为捐赠基金的使命已经完成了，3I留着PTS也没有意义了。

 the original post stated that it was purely because of 3I has not further use for PTS after the final snapshot , not legal problems .
