It happens every time there's a snapshot. Last time, I couldn't get coin out of there either. I think they lock the withdrawals for a bit. Not to worry, though; even if your BTS are stuck on there, Bter will still honor the snapshot (if I understand correctly).

I updated this morning (aussie time) and transfered from Bter to wallet. Took about 10 secs  :D

btc38 reported the same issue, hopefully we get a prompt fix.

edit: was only a minor bug with the wallet, already fixed just need the update.

I tried several times to withdraw some BTS to different personal accounts but they all get cancelled from BTER.

the "error" message that appears is:

"cancelled:BTS account is not registered or memo is too long"

But that is not the real reason, since I used the same accounts for withdrawal in past successful, and they are obvious registered.
And I didn't used a memo at all (exactly same process as in past withdrawals)...

Anybody with the same issue?
