质疑bts在国外的推广进度，marketing.methodx是否应该获得100%支付(question marketing progress)

在国外推广不好，是因为有实力的人，现在没有bts。
marketing.methodx我认为只是个草根，但是多少有些用吧

bts在国外的推广一直不好，也有人说因为钱包问题推广还没开始。
目前bts已经上了国外的p网和b网，目前bts在p网和b网的日均成交额均为100美元左右。
这两个网站确实不算什么大平台，但是bts在上述两个网站连成交额前10的币种都挤不进去也是事实。
marketing.methodx应该是做了很多推广工作，但是推广效果并不理想。
在中文社区一个100%受托人都没有的情况下，marketing.methodx做为一个并没有成绩的推广团队，拿着100%支付是否恰当？
