BITUSD never arrived,think i send on a forked chain.. what should i do ???

First of all we can easily verify whether or not your funds were received.   So either BTER has it or you still have it.   So no need to get desperate. 

Now lets dig in, can you report the head block number your client reports?

I send 330BITUSD to BTER on 16. Dezember 2014 03:46:04 MEZ my bits never arrived yesterday i realized there is anew version.
I ALLWAYS USED THE UPDATE button in the client to prevent this....
And now i have to find out he is complete useless  as i was on version 0.4.24 and never received any notice of an update.
PLEASE can some body help me i have no idea what to do i already resented the whole chain restored the transaction ids
reloaded the whole thing 2 on "Fork 0.4.27" and still no progress BTER support is saying that
