New paper: Accelerating Bitcoin's Trasaction Processing. Ideas for Bitshares?

Some of you might have already seen this

I've read through it and haven't found anything questionable. I was pretty amazed considering that I haven't seen any serious new proposal to make Bitcoin and other DACs better since Bitcoin itself (and now Bitshares).

Might there be a chance to include anything like this in the Invictus Innovations DACs?
