I totally agree ... if you take a lok at tip4commit you will see plenty of people "just commiting" pull request to fix spelling and wording errors instead of serious issues ..

I would support a bug bounty only for bugs that force a hard fork. There are too many easy-to-find bugs that we are already aware of

if there is reward for catch bugs.
It seems that the BTS code still have a lot of bug. If somebody help catch bugs , I want know if there is  reward.
Hope to establish a fund to do it.
