How to get the BTS for VOTE?

- you need the private keys that would have held your VOTE stake (either AGS or PTS keys)
- import them to an existing account or new account
- run "help wallet_collect_vesting_balances" .. afaik you collect your BTS with "wallet_collect_vesting_balances <account-name-which-holds-the-priv-keys>"

I remember there is no vote wallet release. 
So I only have the pts snapshoot of pts wallet.
How can I get the BTS use my pts wallet?
