Those features are in 0.6.0, available on devshares but not BTS. I'm preparing a post with instructions which will go out when we build DVS 0.6.1

V 0.5.0 cold wallet instructions
Version 0.5.0 is meant to include cold wallet features. Can someone provide instructions on how to use those features?

1. Create watching only wallet
2. Create unsigned tx in watching only wallet
3. Load unsigned tx in cold wallet
4. Sign unsigned tx in cold wallet
5. Broadcast signed tx in watching only wallet
