Is still active social consensus for Bitshares? -- new DACs honor 10% PTS and AGS ? or honor 10% BTS and AGS ?

Now it is "developers choose what sharedrop targets best meet their goals.  PTS, AGS, BTS, or some combination". 

For example, PLAY snapshot 35% BTS, 10% AGS, and 10% PTS.

will BitShares be honoured while run new created dacs and cloned dacs?   

It depends on what the developer of the clone decides to do. 
Communities that they dont sharedrop on probably wont support the product.
