Somewhere in Libraries there should be a folder "bitshares" .. in it there is a folder wallet (make a backup of the whole wallet folders) .. that wallet folder contains a hidden folder called ".backups" .. the files in there can be used to recover your accounts in the bitshares client -> menu bar -> import backup ...

Customer Support:
I created a new Bitshare wallet today.  After the registration procedure with the faucet was completed, my wallet crashed.  I was given the option to reset the wallet.  I elected reset as an option.  After, the wallet was reset, it would not accept my password.
Can you please assist?
Sincerely,
James D. Griffin
