So I sent from bitcoin QT to the pre-sale address, how do I find the public key for that transaction?
You can get the transaction id from your list of transactions and use that to lookup your public address on a blockchain explorer. If you donated in more than one transaction you might have to repeat this several times.

It's your "from" address from your QT wallet.

So these are BTC addresses or how do I know what address to search for please?

Search for your public BTC or PTS addresses and compare the allocation with your allocation from the Balance section in http://www1.agsexplorer.com

FYI, a guy sent 1 BTC before presale begins and it was considered as a first day funding. So if you sent fund at the first day, agsexplorer and real allocation may have discrepancy.

I found the allocation is little bit fewer than agsexplorer's result. (about 0.12%) Can you check it?

The ones I spot-checked seemed right, can you post the addresses and expected amounts?
Do not use this post as information for making any important decisions. The only agreements I ever make are informal and non-binding. Take the same precautions as when dealing with a compromised account, scammer, sockpuppet, etc.
