The fact people wanted Bter to issue shares on BitShares got me thinking about this again. We could reach out for Bitcoin Indonesia and do the same! Obviously there are not as much users as in Bter but on top of helping them out, we gain more exposure, plus anyone who wants can get a cut of their profits and we could even earn some more users from Indonesia.

Currently, their shares are trading on that site but, what happens if it goes down? We, being decentralized solve that problem.

I just remember that I told a woman that I will come back and bring her money. These people live near the volcano and have nothing brothers..
My frind in Bali can bring you there and she will receive a laptop with bitshares and make a webshop and sell her stuff for bitusd. Xeroc has moeny to spend and cannot find anyone who wants to accepts bitusd.

let*s do this. A circle will close and I fulfilled my promise without going there again (no money).

They are currently gathering funds by selling their shares on this Cryptostocks exchange. Couldn't they do the same on BitShares by issuing an asset?

I think it's a win-win situation, they get exposure and a possible simple way to issue dividends and get more funding while we have the assets of one of the coolest bitcoin projects out there! And finally some bitcoin fanatics could understand we aren't their enemies, that we support bitcoin, obviously and maybe the communities could even start to get along better. People would see we support crypto, instead of thinking we are their enemies

Great project! I live in the neighbouring country, maybe I can plan something productive for my next trip to Bali later this year.

The community there are pretty serious about implementing Crypto Currency in local economy, here's a school in Bali that teach kids how to use Bitcoin

I don't remember seeing anyone mentioning Bali around here, but don't you think it would be a nice marketing target when we get things rolling? Bitislands is in the process of making Bali a bitcoin paradise, so that you can use it anywhere. And they are in need of funds so they could even become a delegate and market BitShares

When we reach 1$ per bts, let's all meet and have some nice vacations there  :D
