When sending from Poloniex to your own wallet, you can ignore the memo.  Try it out first with a small amount.

HI i want to withdraw my bts from polinex into my wallet. There is a warning "You Must send your deposit using the unique Memo below. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit"
First time i see this warning and dont know what a Memo is. Can someone help me out?
