Sean's didn't seem to enthusiastic, I'll try and dig it up but I withdrew directly from one of my accounts on btcjam which I don't have access to the private keys so may be a little hard. I'll do my best though

0.8 btc donated, or about 2000 MMC. Waiting for an appropriate time to sell the rest

I don't think they need a voting address at this point if they're not interested in that, just a plain donation address would do it.

There's nothing mentioned on their website. It would be great if they posted that somewhere, maybe even took the MMC to choose a time to convert themselves...

Yeah I contacted him on reddit, he said he would set it all up himself and I told him how and then he just didn't respond after that.

Bought 0.8btc off of the address, sent that to SO. Waiting for a more appropriate time to sell the rest as the price is already very low

In the meantime it would be very helpful if you could vote for that address. At the moment from what I can see the charity position is held by someone who is just getting paid for it. They aren't a charity just making money! (using their own voting power!)

Hopefully you have all heard of seans outpost, well memorycoin has a built in way to raise money for charity. Along with the CEO/CNO etc addresses there is a charity address.

If you send 1 satoshi to MVTEchaTyyDP2V6QotPE4zi1mUvbNKo8pe it can be voted it. All coins gained will be sold (at a market appropriate time) and sent to Seans outpost. Any larger donations can be made but will not count as a vote.

I am not sure who is gaining from that vote at the moment, but it is certainly not a charity so please can we get it going to Seans.

For those of you who have not heard of it, Seans outpost is a BTC based charity that feeds the homeless, and has gained a lot of press attention recently.
