The funny thing is I'm not even sure this forum represents a significant portion of the shareholders. Look how hard it can be to get someone elected.

I have always invested in people and I believe in the skill, tenacity, and unwavering commitment of the core team.

I've already publicly stated my delegates will be switching to the new toolkit. All the ideology is great but you can't change the world living in a cardboard box under a bridge.

To win a race first you must finish. We are better poised to do that now than ever. While the whole space is getting its collective teeth kicked in our devs have found a way to survive and still contribute 100% to Bitshares.

Onward and Upward!

I haven't publicly stated it yet but my delegate will be switching.  I am hoping to make it to 30k blocks signed before then though.  Just for funsies.

There was so much good in the graphene announcement, I was never on the fence.  The separation of block production, development, and marketing is something I have wanted for a long time.

I am still curious how the single BitShares blockchain will be determined in regards to the license.

I hope we will have a discussion about the proper level of decentralization amongst delegates.  Specifically in regards to geography, and hosting companies.

and I thought it was a good deal before... And it's much easier when you use established licenses like CC0 and BSD!

Can everyone just shut the hell up and let them get 2.0 into dev?!

They just GAVE AWAY nearly half a year of work after all the FUD about IP and claims of greed and some people are taking that as an invitation to ask for more?!

+5% to the team of Cryptonomex for the sacrifice you were willing to make for BitShares today. I only pray now that the community remembers this at least for the next few months until we have 2.0.

Thanks, you expressed perfectly what my poor english couldn't do !  +5% +5% +5%

Tell me newmine or klosure.. can you to give up half a year of your paid work to us just like the big scary Cryptonomex just did!? Yeah, that's what I thought. Take a seat.

People are taking this as an opening to continue debating things to work the way they think it should.

People who CLAIM to be supporters of BitShares have unwittingly contributed to this FUD in the name of open discussion. Cryptonomex has shown their hand and have given up nearly half a year of work in response. So what's yours? What SHOULD be yours?

How about REAL discussions about building BitShares. This crybaby-self-aggrandized-zealot-verbal-diarrhea some are so engaged in just stinks to the rest of us who see you all pandering to the fears and uncertainties of others who don't even understand what they are fearing!

There IS such thing as bad and unproductive discussion in forums. If you ask the wrong questions, you will get the wrong answers.. and that's exactly what so many of you just bought into with what newmine/klosure sold you. You should feel ripped off by them, but they are slick enough to always redirect that feeling of being ripped off at the very devs that gave you BitShares.

Let's be clear once again.

When 2.0 is out.. PROPOSALS can be brought forward and VOTED INTO EXISTENCE IF WE CHOOSE TO!

Any discussions about where we start from NOW are MOOT once it all comes online... because we will then have the ability to change things as we go as a community.

Didn't anybody actually look at what it is we are about to have? All the cries about community involvement and discussion on what happens to the blockchain.. NOW COMING! What do newmine/klosure turn you into...

So I ask in the nicest possible way I can muster as a Canadian to PLEASE STOP ALL THIS BS and LET THEM GET TO WORK.

You don't like it? SELL YOUR BTS AND GO BUY BITCOINS!

Cryptonomex is share dropping 100% on the BTS blockchain in exchange for hiring away all its core developers.

Where'd you see that? I'm still plowing through all these posts and must have overlooked that.

Not CNX stock... Graphene / BTS 2.0 is a 100% sharedrop.
