the intel cpus are known to be more energy efficient over amd

however i would wait with cpu rig since we have new gpu miners released at least until we can confirm it's efficiency and reliability

what is the best set up for mining. If person was to build a rig what components would best be suited for protoshares?

best set up/best suited as in making a lot, but wasting a ton of money, or best set up/best suited as in most efficient  for cost?
Pls to join Primedice 3 and frolic about merrily whilst gambling awe-inspiring quantities of bitcoins. The power of Christ compels you.

I have a dogecoin p2pool at Nogleg.

Of course, a better CPU with more cores, higher clock frequency or more threads result in higher efficiency, there is a post comparing different setups with mining efficiency using same miner software, you can refer to it.
