Did BM say testnet soon?

I heard him say that it could be today or early next week.

i thought i heard a mention of a public testnet as early as today or this week, might have to listen to the recording for clarity

He said they have been running the testnet internally and all they have to do is say "this is the one we will release for public testing".  I guess its easier for them to fix and diagnose problems when its on their private network.  I'm sure he knows how stable the code needs to be before it is released.
