Thanks for your work Thom. Am excited to see the result.

It would seem the feedback is rather limited, but I'm not surprised. I will draft a poll of the choices from the posts made here latter today and we'll see what the numbers tell us. People may not want to post an opinion but would be willing to contribute to a poll.

I think the lack of response is really the summer period we are in. There are not a whole lot of eyeballs on the screens around this time.

Looking forward to the poll though.. I am sure you will be fastidious in the wording to ensure it is balanced. :) Not like a Cobert poll...

DISCLAIMER: I maybe slightly partial in my view.  ;)

BunkerMining has been needing further funding for some time as our bid for multiple delegates has indicated.

Of all the delegates we are just below the 101 to be voted in and just need a little further to go.

Our entire value proposition is at http://vote.bunkermining.com as you may already know.

Besides our bid, I would recommend btstools.digitalgaia along with us.

So the divide would go:

15% Thom
30% btstools.digitalgaia
55% bunkermining

Now that it appears our gold/silver cross promotion supplier for bunkermining has gone bust.. we will have to look at internalizing that process... in which case we have to push back the mining for real/gold silver capability until we got that process locked down.

There is my vote and bid.

Hope you and everyone else chooses to support it.

Jonathan

Do not use this post as information for making any important decisions. The only agreements I ever make are informal and non-binding. Take the same precautions as when dealing with a compromised account, scammer, sockpuppet, etc.

For now at least, I'm in the position of evaluating what to do with gentso's portion of delegate pay. I could just keep it until I'm voted out, but somehow I don't think that's what the community wants. So unless or until delegate.verbaltech slips beyond the 101 rank, I will disburse 85% to whoever steps up and demonstrates they deserve it. Post your pitch here. I will post a poll in another thread after the candidates posting here stabilize in a day or 2. Keep in mind I could be voted out at any time, but until then I'll do my best and be responsible with these funds.

The more you can say about how you will be measured and how you will demonstrate progress the better your chances of winning delegate pay.

You should explain how your efforts will help BitShares or the community, be it through increased adoption or any other way you can show value to BitShares shareholders. You'll need more than a dog & pony show or a smiling face and jovial laugh (unless you're able to use them to convince a whale to fund a bunch of work, like building ATMs, hardware wallets, mobilizing a sales force to get merchants to install ATMs etc).

I will post a poll in a new thread and will let the community (well, at least the portion of the community that participates here in the forum) decide where I should disburse these funds.
