Please tell poloniex to issue these two commands:

Code: [Select]
rescan 3638689 1
wallet_verify_titan_deposit 58d9102ef6c4d8a3315e62159c81cc5713e944d4
That should show them the transaction.

Luckily with BitShares 2.0 we will not have TITAN anylonger which will make support a lot easiert. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Hi henri,

Seems we're back to square one. The trouble is, a rescan and wallet_scan_transaction don't turn anything up, which is normal behavior for a transaction not involving our wallet. Please have them email me at contact@poloniex.com if they don't have a contact for us.

Incidentally, he is right about not giving Poloniex access to your wallet, and I apologize for not being more strict about that. You should never hand over your wallet credentials to anyone, even Poloniex, even if we ask. I strongly recommend you do not use that wallet or that password again, since they now exist in plaintext on email servers.

Best regards,

He is using the web wallet.
yes i using web wallet.

Blockchain shows your metaexchange transaction output: http://bitsharesblocks.com/blocks/block?trxid=b0290919e378dffb85d2ddc0b15d842dd6ec75ff

and also your deposit to polonix: http://www.bitsharesblocks.com/blocks/block?id=3638689

Both are in blocks so they did arrive.... I guess polonix just need to rescan their wallet, perhaps?

This is correct.. Don't show Polonix your wallet, the BTS 1.0 ledger is very complicated I'm not surprised that a new case came up that is causing confusing results.  This is just an interpretation.  Simply view a more raw transaction format like bithsaresblocks.

just refer to http://www.bitsharesblocks.com/blocks/block?id=3638689 ...

This transaction on bitsharesblocks matches the raw transaction reported in the wallet's console: https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/advanced/console
>> blockchain_get_transaction 58d9102ef6c4d8a3315e62159c81cc5713e944d4
...

It sounds like Polonix needs to find your deposit.

thank you so much for reply my topic

i sent ticket again to poloniex and sent this topic. i hope they understand this situation.. i hope my coin not losses

i share my account and password to poloniex, and then reply

"Something is amiss here. According to your wallet's transaction history, there is no deposit to fund the last transaction. If you add everything up (copied below), you'll get about -9970. It is probably an invalid transaction, though I'm not sure how it got on the blockchain.
There is nothing more I can do to assist you with this right now; I suggest you contact the BTS developers and ask them how your account got into an inconsistent state like this."

thank you for reply my topic.

no sir, this is true addres for poloniex wallet. i made 3 deposit to poloniex and succes. but last deposit not succes. i share password + recover key  to poloniex support , i hope they see my trx.

but i'm not understand why deposit from metaexchange == unknown to unknwon.. this is bug for online wallet? maybe if deposit from metaexchange failure, withdrawal to poloniex also failure. and my coin still in metaexchange...

Hi everybody!

( if you are develover i can share my password + recovery key and see my trx history)

i have problem

# i buy 9,970 BTS from metaexchange my addres BTS8YJYANx5qCq7kBuPU1HZph46hz2GmZgkQEjRjMfL3WMwYRXF8j
Block 3638677
TRX ID b0290919e378dffb85d2ddc0b15d842dd6ec75ff

i received balance, but deposit log is (block  #3638677 )
From                          to         Amount                                    Fee
UNKNOWN               self      3,472.94139 BTS                   0.00 BTS                       21/9/2015 04.40.10
UNKNOWN               self      6,497.15861 BTS
UNKNOWN               self      9,970.00 BTS

# I deposit to poloniex wallet 9.969
TRX ID 58d9102ef6c4d8a3315e62159c81cc5713e944d4
Block 3638689

But poliniex say, they not received my coin...i'm waiting 24 hours

so where is my coin?

i have question?

1. If deposit from metaexchange UNKNOWN, why deposit still add to my account?

2. If UNKNOWN trx is failure network, why i can withdrawal to poloniex?

3. Metaexchange say trx succes, and poloniex say not receive my coin? so where is missing coin?

4. OK example deposit from metaexchange failure. my withdrawal to poloniex also failure?

5. Or my wallet online problem?

6. Same this problem?

Regenerate account transaction details
If you have lost a transaction on the market and see an UNKOWN recepient or memo in you transaction history you may want to try the following:
wallet_recover_titan_deposit_info TXID
with TXID beeing the transaction id (prefix) of that particular (UNKOWN) transaction. A blockchain rescan is not necessary.

i'm sorry for opened this topic, i hope this community help my problem
