I was part of the latest graphene test net, missed least blocks.
I have skipped attempting being bts witness, but I would like to be a muse witness.

I don't think you'll have any trouble finding qualified interest for witnessing the Muse blockchain.

So long as there's no issues in being a witness on both the BTS and Muse chains, count me as one with strong interest.
