Did you export your keys in JSON from version 0.9.3? As far as I know, that is the only way they can be imported into Graphene. An earlier wallet backup probably will not work for import. Here are the directions (below). If you did this and it still didn't work, then someone more technical than me will need to give you some advice.

Can anyone help me out. Im trying to import my keys into openledger to claim my balances from the ags donations.

I didn't do much at all with my bitsharesx client. So I thought I would try it in Openledger. I got my account up and running. I looked on the forums for instructions and pretty much did what they said. And imported the keys but it keeps saying:

Error claiming balance: Error: Empty buffer

I've never done anything like this before. Help!
