Hi,

I would like to use the cli_wallet. But I didn't find and clear decontamination.
The test net setup guide is the closest thing I found, but of course some of them not relevant now.

To be specific:

-Dose running witness_node automatic join the network, or I need some startup parameters?
-Who do I copy my V2 web wallet to the cli_wallet?
