the volume is too small,
maybe somebody borrow another 100 GBP, ask settlement for 20 GBP , then close his position.

Settlement Limit Bug?
AFAIK, settlement limit for GBP is 20% per day. However, three settlements (20% of total supply) took place in two hours. Is this a bug?
