Closing HERO Position fails

Thank you for your reply pc. 

Borrowing HERO is new to me.  Your reply helped me to review my previous actions closer and from a different angle.  Then I finally discovered and realized that I had actually placed a Sell Order for 1 HERO a few days ago.  That order had been filled and I had not realized it.  Now I'm starting to understand this better.

Right now you have only 0.5207 HERO in your account, but you're trying to pay back your debt of 1 HERO.

I tried to close my position on 1 HERO that I borrowed, because the margin call was too close and I don't want a margin call.

I added some BTS to my account and then adjusted the ratio to 5:1, but I only did that to avoid a margin call.  I really want to close my position.

I sent the same screen shot to "Support" on the bottom left side of the page in my OpenLedger account, but they were closed and it sent an email to them. 

Can you help me with this?
