Fee is per op not per Trx.
This..

Combining several operations into a transaction only spares blockchain bloat .. not fee ..

Yes you can, but it's not implemented in the GUI.
You will need to make it using the cli wallet.

You can send to multiple accounts using the same transaction with bitcoin. Can you do the same with bitshares?
