If refreshing your browser doesn't help, I suppose you either cleared your browser case and you will need to restore a backup or you imported your keys in a diferent web wallet than that you are using now.
eg
https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/create-account
https://bitshares.org/wallet/#/create-account

If I understand correctly you can restore your backup but you are stuck in the "Loading balance claim" screen for hours and this is a little weird because you don't seem to have too many keys(I suppose your .bin backup is only some tens KB at most).

In one of my accounts I thought I had properly imported my keys but something was not right, every time I clicked in "Wallet management" I was stuck too in the "Loading balance claims" problem was fixed when I reimported my keys from 0.9.3c in the test wallet of this thread https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19557.0.html, I suppose it wouldn't  hurt to try to reimport your keys in the main wallet https://bitshares.org/wallet/#/create-account If you do so, create some new backups and keep the old ones too, I can't hink of anything else to help.

Reimporting my keys to the main wallet worked. Thanks!
I also tested transferring to another account which went through fast. A second transaction is taking forever but keeping my fingers crossed. I appreciate your help.

Thanks. I'm embarrassed to admit but this is too technical for me and I could not make much sense out of it.
In the original web wallet (0.9.3) I had only one transaction ever made (some bts i moved into the wallet). I would guess, if technically correct, that the key file should be very short? Also, I have successfully imported the keys into the 2.0 web wallet and claimed my funds. I have then created my wallet backup and saved the new *.bin file. It is with this file that I am trying to restore my wallet .
I am confused why one needs to restore the wallet each time you choose 'EXISTING ACCOUNTS'.  I see no option for entering the user name and password. There are only options to create or restore a wallet. I am choosing the first option (import backup) and it is at this stage that I am stuck.  What else can I do to enter my wallet? Thanks again for your help

I think that "Existing Accounts" should be used only once, when you first import/migrate from 0.9.3c

If you have succesfully imported your keys and claimed your funds you can access your acount or accounts by clicking in the left top corner "Account" if you have only one account or "Dashboard" if you have many. You will not be asked to enter your password until you choose to make an action that requires it like some transaction or trading or if click the "unlock" icon in the top right corner.

The problem is that in the left top corner I only have 'create account':

So that leaves me with only 2 options: 'create account' or 'Existing Accounts'. Since I already have an account (yobaa350) I selected the second option which only allows the creation of a new wallet of restoring a backup.

Have you tried to reduce the amount of keys of your 0.9.3c exported json file?

take a look here (the easy way) https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19557.0.html

and here  (the hard way) https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19390.0.html

Always create and safekeep backups passwords etc

Hi,
I migrated from 0.9.3 and claimed my funds about a month ago but now I'm having trouble to log into my account on the web wallet.
I tried to import my BTS 2.0 backup (*.bin) on a mac os x computer but the 'loading balance claims' is stuck for hours on chrome, safari or firefox.  (I also tried it on a chromebook but same problem). I followed the suggestions from similar threads including clearing browser cache and a hard refresh. Nothing helps. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks.
