we have made many attempts to get ahold of them lately, no response so far.

Check them on facebook. The few times I've made contact, they've chatted with me. Last time I talked with them they mentioned the wallet could be out in ~2 months.

I can ask for a few updates if you'd like.

Something they could fix too is the search function, it sucks. Also add a multi-quote option so it's easier to quote more than once.

You once said that pretty much everyone you know of is building their solution based on a open source (js I believe) library/wallet.

Can you remind me what/which one it was.

Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.
