There were tons of bots posting spammy ad before, so I set this restriction to avoid out of control situation.

I changed it to 10s, I think it is a reasonable time internal between posts for normal users.

could you remove the 60 seconds limit for trusted forum members? It's a pain, I'm getting this every day.
