You have to wait till it syncs, also:

If you would like to have a more trouble free experience I recommend setting up a wallet at:

https://wallet.bitshares.org

Now I have " Severe network problems | Not connected " in https://wallet.bitshares.org :/   ... is there any general bad weather ? or it's just my account's bad luck ?
You are accessing the BitShares1 network which has been abandoned .. but your funds and accounts have been migrated over to bitshares2:

Thanks for sharing. I might test it but I'm not a big fan of online wallets  :o
Can I use the same account both in the offline and online client?

also the client you're able to downlaod is a online client .. without inet connection u won't be able to sync!
Most important difference on wallet.bitshares.org you don't have to downlaod the complete blockchain before.

so basically wallet.bitshares.org is light wallet client and download able version is the full wallet client ..
If you want to use save your balances offline you'd have to create a BTS paperwallet ..

Hi guys,
New to bitshares, I see that price is going up. Meanwhile I'm still waiting till the blockchain is downloaded, then I can finally start  :)

If you would like to have a more trouble free experience I recommend setting up a wallet at:

https://wallet.bitshares.org

Then you won't have to wait for anything to download.

Trust me when I tell you this is a much easier option.

Also welcome to the community :)

Hi everyone,

What's the reason of this: "Severe network problems | Last block was synced 128d 23h 28m 56s ago" ? I have 10 network connections and at 70%.
