Re download 2.0... Install a No Go... Error opening file for writing

Went into the App, Roaming, Bitshares, and trashed all files that were still there after uninstall. Thought they would be gone but still there after uninstall. Re-install worked this time but it opened as the web based wallet, not the independent wallet.

If I were to upload file from my saved backup, which file to I upload to the web based wallet?
