What about most of Europe?
Most of our target users in Europe speak English.
Those who don't are not the primary users we are looking for (at this stage).

As for the Chinese version (and possibly Spanish to cover Latin America), I fully agree.

Yes, that is also my prioity: Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and then we'll see

There is a big community of ripple owners interested in joining Openledger due to OBITS and they are waiting for the ripple getting up and working. I do note the new development from Ripple, so I have to find out how that affects the work we  have done already on the gateway integration on CCEDK.

Now the question is, with this video only being in english, what about China? The biggest market?

What about most of Europe? Americans probably aren't the only or best target audience for CCEDK so how do we reach the biggest demographics (like China?).

Other than that it's a good video, we need video ads. We need ads in general.

That question is already being worked. If you have followed my interest in getting the news out in as many languages as possible and with lots of news coverage in chinese as well, and as one of the few managed also to really get the Japanese involved with both landing page of Openledger as well as OBITS site in Japanese, I am all in for getting information out globally.

Chinese is a must with this video a well as Japanese. What is biggest hurdle is to get a good voice on both Chinese and Japanese at affordable price. Any other langauges are also welcome, but all in due course. I wish Korean would be an interested party in all of this also, but I lack support from anyone in the Korean community to help get the message out, assuming there is more than one Korean supporter of BitShares. There was none in Japanese before I started with OBITS, and now we have already more than 100 signups on OpenLedger from Japan.

This coming week we are approaching the chinese community and obviously we hope to have the usual big help from @ebit who has been a great support getting the news out in chinese so far.

I am sorry if I have somehow indicated that I do not have focus on China as well as any other country in the world, but let me underline again that it is very important for me to gt the message to as many people as possible anywhere in the world.

"to invest in the company "

You might want to use different language there. Obits aren't investments in the company and if Open Ledger exists as a legally registered business then it could cause confusion.

Fiat gateway will be available first/second week of January and only people whitelisted in the sense that they have been validated on CCEDK will be able to have access to any of the below mentioned features. In coming week I will be doing a mailout telling all interested parties who wish to be able to trade with fiatpegged crypto what are the procedures needed prior to making this fully functional on platform.

Paypal is done and ready on CCEDk but awaiting Paypal tech department for final go. Expected available early january

Ripple gateway is fully integrated and done on CCEDK waiting for validation, expected to be settled in coming days, and then ready for launch early january

Nanocard is being activated on the base of three steps right now on CCEDK.

1st is the fiat version, meaniing you are already now able to order and activate a debit card on CCEDK based on fiat.
2nd step, is when seasons holidays are over early january, as bitcoin support will be added for a bitcoin activated card to work.
3rd step is expected end of january and will involve adding other crypto as support for NanoCard, like OBITS, BTS, NBT to begin with.

All of above is on CCEDK

Once multisig function is fully working on OpenLedger we will will then be able to add all of the above there as well, and that part is not in the hands of me or CCEDK, but is in the hands of the BitShares community and shareholders, and as far as I know it is not yet operational, but maybe I am wrong.

We will need a group of people to assist once the multisig part will be possible to connect.

That's very good news.
Well done, @ccedk

Hi everyone, I'm new here. Thanks for the kind words about the video. I don't want to hijack this thread, so if you want to talk video, feel free visit my video thread. Link in sig.

Anyway, I think OpenLedger is a really exciting platform and the past few days ( while researching for this video )  my mind was blown learning about Bitshares ! Next gen stuff, for sure.

Seems like y'all have a really nice community here. Nice and friendly compared to.."the other forum" ;)

Like Fav, interested in video budget, if willing to share that info.

I am sorry I cannot tell the price here, but suggest anyone interested to connect with Hypercube Studios and ask, hope that's fair enough.

+5% Very good video  :) Clear and concise.

Video seems completed but input would have been...

- Handwriting effect slightly overused at times.
- Could mention 'As Featured  in Forbes...' For credibility with impactful quote from article written on screen.
- Besides MTGox might visually rapidly scan through other high profile centralised Bitcoin failures, including the most recent Cryptsy, so viewer gets the sense that no centralised exchange/other is safe.

Nanocard- doesn't work with CCEDK
Paypal- not integrated with CCEDK

Why do you continues to advertise things that don't exist?

Plus,  Whats with the hand drawing thing?  You can tell it's not drawing any of the images.

This is a usecase meant to be used, well, as a use case all year long as well as the year after.

You are allowed to  have your own opinion on what is happening on CCEDK, and I will keep saying what I believe is going to happen.

A use case is not meant to be exact here and now, but able to build momentum and create interest for the future.

Smartcoins are backed by AT LEAST 175% .. not 100%

I believe that part was mentiioned to underline that it was minimum 100%, it might be wrong, but then a few clever hads who saw it prior to release didnt comment, so the meaning of Smartcoins being backed is intact I believe, but maybe I am wrong.

Thi si a short use case, and the idea to have people catch interest, I believe anyone really interested will then go ahead and stuy some more on th topic, and that is the intention here, mainly to make people in crypto and perhaps even more th bitcoin holders looking for alternaives where to invest some of their funds.

When did Openledger start verifying with Ripple?!?
